DADE CITY - Pancakes again take center stage this weekend as the annual Flapjack Festival kicks into full swing.
The event, sponsored by the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce, continues today and Sunday at the Pasco County Fairgrounds on State Road 52 in Dade City.
Free flapjacks are on tap from 8 to 10 a.m. today. There will be a parade at 11 a.m. and a flapjack-eating contest at 3 p.m. A family magic show is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday.
