As a Philadelphia Phillies fan, I congratulate the Tampa Bay Rays for an excellent season. To go from last to first in the American League is quite an accomplishment.

Your team is young and very talented, and we expect to see you in the playoffs for many years to come. This team will win a championship one day; I just hope it is not against my team.

Philly knows what you are feeling, but if you support your team, someday you will be rewarded. Best of luck to the Rays next season.
