11:15 a.m. Even though he voted in the last election, this year Calvin Colquitt feels his vote may count for something.
"Many African-Americans thought, 'Why vote anymore?' Now we have somebody with a sign of hope. My vote might actually count for the first time," he said.
This is the first election that he's seen children take an interest. Even his 6-year-old son chants Barack Obama's name.
Colquitt will turn on the news at 7 tonight and start waiting for results.
"I'll open a bottle of Cabernet," he said. And be nervous, he added.
