1:45 p.m.: Rachel Scarbrough made a hasty exit from Quest@Kingsway Church in Seffner, hurrying her daughter along with one hand and clutching a sheaf of papers in the other.
"I have to drop her off and get back to work, but they said I have to go stand on another line now," she said.
The restaurant worker moved to Mango Park last year and didn't realize her polling place had changed.
She fumbled with the safety latch on her daughter's car seat and wondered out loud, "I mean, aren't they supposed to send you a letter or a new card or something?"
