Crash Grabs Voters' Attention In College Hill

10 a.m.: It's quiet outside the Jackson Heights NFL Youth Education Town Center, or Precinct 309, in College Hill. People study sample ballots in the line that stretches from the front door to the side parking lot. They chat quietly.

Then, there's the blare of a horn and the ugly sound of bumper on fender.

Everyone turns around to see two women get out, inspect the damage and discuss what to do. They decide it isn't all that much.

They hop into their respective cars and leave.

Voters turn back to the sample ballots.
