3:03 p.m.: Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Rob Turner is in the midst of a final push to get out the vote. He is visiting voting precincts from one end of the county to the other.
He began Election Day at a polling place in Sun City Center at 7 a.m. before moving on to the county's largest precinct, Fishhawk Ranch. By midafternoon he had made his way to Precinct 363 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, 9724 Cross Creek Blvd.
"It's going great," Turner said standing near the church parking lot.
There are a lot more precincts to visit before his day is done.
He is headed to Keystone in northeast Hillsborough County next with plans to make several other precinct stops before returning to South Tampa, where he plans to watch election returns with supporters at the Valencia Garden Restaurant, 811 W. Kennedy Blvd.
