7:48 a.m.: U.S. Army Sgt. Crosby Lee, 24, had two issues at the booth today at the Jan Platt Regional Library in South Tampa.
He didn't bring anything with a signature on it to vote, so he had to vote provisionally, he says. And when they looked him up in the voter records, his address came back incorrectly.
"I guess my zeros look like 8s," he says.
Still, Lee is able to vote in about a half-hour today.
The Democrat says a key item for him on the ballot is the amendment involving community colleges. He hopes things can be done to make community colleges less expensive for people who can't afford them.
"When my sister was trying to apply for community college, it was difficult for her," he says.
