Obama Supporters Anticipate Victory At Party

8:48 p.m.: Supporters of Barack Obama are spending this evening watching the election returns at the Marriott Waterside in downtown Tampa.
The event is mostly for the volunteers who worked on his campaign and it is not open to the general public.
The volunteers are mingling among themseleves while enjoying drinks and hors 'd oeurves while seeing the returns come in on two big screens.
They have also been joined by the hosts of the evening, Florida's Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink and Congresswoman Kathy Castor.
The mood is upbeat and the supporters are watching, hoping the returns go their way.
