11:30 a.m.: "Put me down as a first-time voter," shouts Natasha Williams. There are a lot of first-time voters this election, but few are like Williams, who at the ripe young age of 36 is casting the first ballot of her life.
She just walked out of the Fair Oaks Recreation Center in East Tampa late this morning and was pretty happy with herself, laughing and chatting with two friends outside.
"I'm trying to make a change," she says. "I want to make a change."
