Elections Office Acting On Missing Second Pages

10:37 a.m.: Clerks in at least three Hillsborough County voting precincts have failed to hand out the second page of ballots, leaving voters unable to vote on all the measures, Supervisor of Elections Buddy Johnson said.

Johnson said one clerk has been replaced, and election officials were determining what steps to take involving the other two sites.

Voters who do not get both pages should contact the clerk before they leave the polling place to be sure they can complete their vote, Johnson said.

The issue with the clerks apparently involved a failure to observe training in how to handle the ballots, he said.
