'Dancing With The Stars' Tour Tickets On Sale Monday

TAMPA - Tickets go on sale Monday for "Dancing With the Stars – The Tour," which stops in Tampa on Jan. 22.

The fourth tour from ABC's top-rated reality show will play at the St. Pete Times Forum.

The 37-city tour will feature celebrities from the current season, including 'N Sync singer Lance Bass, Grammy-winning songstress Toni Braxton and Olympic track star Maurice Green, as well as actress Marlee Matlin from season six.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Warren Sapp is not among the stars going on the tour at this point, but professional dancers Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Mark Ballas, Derek Hough, Kym Johnson, Lacey Schwimmer, Edyta Sliwinska, Karina Smirnoff and Fabien Sanchez are scheduled to perform.

The two-hour show features a larger-than-life re-creation of the TV show's stage and set design – complete with cabaret-style VIP table seating on the floor. The cast will be accompanied by a 10-piece live band, performing music featured on the TV show as well as popular hits to accompany the new production numbers - produced exclusively for the tour.

The production will also feature two huge high-definition video screens showcasing never-before-seen rehearsal footage, exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews and outtakes, as well as many surprise extras.
