Pair In Tampa Parking Lot Charged With Lewd Behavior

TAMPA - Two people were arrested today after deputies say they caught them in a public lewd act while parked at a North Tampa apartment complex.

Arrested were Angelo Levin Brown, 34, of 1603 Marks St., and Christina Marie James, 35, of 909 E. Lotus St.

Deputies said they were driving through the parking lot of the complex at the northwest corner of Fowler Avenue and 14th Street at about 3 a.m. when they approached a black Hyundai and noticed James and Brown committing a sex act, according to the arrest report.

Deputies said Brown tried to walk away and had to be wrestled to the ground.

Brown and James were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior. Brown was also charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and resisting an officer.
