FALL WINE DINNER: Bern's Fine Wines & Spritis, 1002 S. Howard Ave., Tampa, will host a dinner featuring wines of German winemaker, Ernst Loosen, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday. Cost is $125 per person; (813) 250-9463.
