Home Prices Decline In Communities Across County

Newly released housing figures show that, from June through September, Wesley Chapel led the county in declining housing prices. An analysis by Zillow.com, a Seattle-based housing research Web site, shows dramatic declines compared with the same period last year in homes throughout Pasco County and the Tampa Bay area in general.
The areas with Pasco's biggest losses break out like this:
