New housing figures show that from June through September, Wesley Chapel - the epicenter of Pasco County's housing boom in 2005 and 2006 - led the county in declining housing prices. An analysis by Zillow.com, a Seattle-based housing research Web site, shows dramatic declines in home prices throughout Pasco County and the Tampa Bay region in general, compared with the same period last year.
