DEL RIO, Texas - Tampa's Mary Delgado, a winner of ABC's "The Bachelor" reality series in 2004, is out of jail after being arrested in a Southwest border-town bar on a disorderly conduct charge.
Delgado, 41, who accepted a televised proposal from professional bass fisherman Byron Velvick on "The Bachelor," was arrested in Del Rio after refusing to leave a local bar.
Delgado was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. She was released about an hour later.
In 2007, Delgado was arrested in Pinellas County on a battery charge after police say she punched Velvick during a domestic altercation. At the time, affidavits said Velvick was her fiancé and they had been living "as a family" for the past three years.
