TAMPA - William Winchester used a cell phone to threaten a person that "that the house will be burned down, warn the police and remember Oklahoma City," Hillsborough County deputies say.
Winchester also said he pried open the victim's front door, deputies say.
Deputies arrested Winchester, 64, at 7:11 p.m. Monday. He was charged with burglary and making a bomb threat.
Winchester's bail was set at $15,000. He has since been released from jail.
The Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City was bombed in April 1995, and 168 people died.
