YMCA CONTRACT

•YMCA will be responsible for renovating and maintaining the clubhouse and three-hole practice course.

•YMCA will not be charged rent for use of clubhouse and practice course.

•YMCA will be allowed to convert the former clubhouse kitchen and restaurant for administrative offices and a classroom for the First Tee program.

•YMCA will have unlimited access to the three-hole practice course and driving range. YMCA also will have access to the 18-hole golf course from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. during the school year and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the summer.

•The city and Tampa Sports Authority will retain ownership of the park, the former clubhouse, practice course and golf course.

•YMCA will be responsible for paying annual fees to the authority.
