Universal's Simpsons Ride Wins Best-Attraction Kudos

The Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood won the Themed Entertainment Association's Thea Award for Best Attraction at the 2008 International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Expo in Orlando this week.
The ride combines a "great story, humor and irreverence that are pure Simpsons, with original animations," according to a written statement from Universal Studios.
This year, The Simpsons Ride also was awarded Best New Theme Park Attraction by ThemeParkInsider.com.
