Two people broke open the door to a concession stand building at East Point Little League Park in Seffner and took boxes of candy and a Kodak digital camera from the safe, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested 18-year-old Joshua Kidd and a 15-year-old Tampa boy at the boy's home Wednesday.
The boy and Kidd, whose address isn't known, were charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, grand theft and criminal mischief.
The theft occurred Nov. 13 or Friday.
Kidd and the boy caused about $500 damage to security cameras and the building, deputies say.
Deputies recovered the stolen property Wednesday and returned it to the concession stand's volunteers.
Kidd remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail was set at $4,500.
