Lakeland police are searching for a man who robbed the Mid-Florida Federal Credit Union this afternoon.

According to Lakeland police, the man entered the bank at about 2:30 p.m. and gave the teller a note demanding money but never showed a weapon. The man then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man was described as a black male, 6-foot-3-inches to 6-foot-5-inches tall, 25 to 35 years old, 200 to 215 pounds, with some gold teeth on his lower jaw.
