Published: November 21, 2008

Christopher Che Delin withheld information from doctors several times this year in order to get oxycodone, methadone and Soma, Temple Terrace police say.

He got 6,360 oxycodone pills, a criminal arrest affidavit states.

The four doctors who prescribed Delin drugs this year didn't know he was seeing other doctors, and when he was arrested while leaving a doctor's office this afternoon, he was in possession of hundreds of oxycodone and methadone pills, according to police.

Delin, 37, of Dover, was charged with trafficking in oxycodone and 57 counts of obtaining a controlled substance from a doctor by withholding information. He remained in Orient Road Jail today. No bail had been set.

Along with Delin, police arrested Jeffrey Scott Victor this afternoon.

Victor conspired with Delin to traffic in drugs by driving him to the doctor's office, where Delin got 23.7 grams of oxycodone and 44.5 grams of methadone, according to his criminal arrest affidavit. Victor was in possession of a cell phone where he had messages to Delin about buying oxycodone from him.

Victor, 47, of Holiday, was charged with conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone. He remained in Orient Road Jail today. No bail had been set.
