St. Petersburg - St. Petersburg's Chief Assistant City Attorney Mark Winn is scheduled to appear in court next month on his second DUI charge within two years, records show.
Winn, 54, pleaded not guilty Thursday to two misdemeanors, driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a blood-alcohol test, online court records show. He is scheduled for a hearing the week of Dec. 8, according to online records.
Winn was released from the Pinellas County Jail on $650 bail after his Nov. 6 arrest. An attempt to reach him today was unsuccessful.
Court records show Winn received a year's probation in September 2006 after being found guilty of misdemeanor DUI with property damage. The probation was terminated early that December, records say.
