Two Women, Man Arrested On Sex Charges

TAMPA - Two women were arrested on prostitution charges at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and a man police said is HIV positive was arrested on a prostitution charge on Nebraska Avenue this morning.

Reacting to complaints of increased prostitution at the hotel and casino, tribal police arrested two women this morning on charges of soliciting for prostitution, arrest reports say.

Arrest reports say Naomi Grant, 23, and Tquowanda Kelley, 26, were captured on video and audio surveillance tape offering sex for $250.

Kelly, of Valrico and Grant, of Tampa, have both been released from the Orient Road Jail on a bond of $250 each.

The police said both women were arrested in room 219 of the casino hotel about 5:20 a.m. today.

In an unrelated case, police arrested a 28-year-old man on charges of offering oral sex for $30.
The arrest report says Teddy Green of Tampa, is HIV positive.

Tampa police arrested Green on North Nebraska Avenue and East 19th Avenue about 1:20 a.m. today.

He was held at the Orient Road Jail on a bond of $250.
