Deputies Report Home Invasion In Holiday

HOLIDAY - Pasco County deputies are investigating a home-invasion that occurred about 2:20 this afternoon.

A man and woman armed with unidentified weapons burst into a home at 4244 Kibler Lane in the Buena Vista subdivision, said sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll.

They battered the man inside and then fled, Doll said. It wasn't clear whether the intruders stole anything, he said.

The man was taken to a hospital for what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, Doll said.

Deputies set up a perimeter in the area and brought in dogs to search for the attackers, Doll said.
