A manatee is headed home for the holidays in the Banana River in Brevard County after being released Tuesday by a team of SeaWorld animal care specialists and veterinarians who cared for her over the past five months.
Penny, an 8-foot long, 760-pound female, was rescued this summer from Titusville after a probable boat strike.
