GAINESVILLE - The Gators haven't escaped the injury bug just yet.
Coach Urban Meyer confirmed that LB Dustin Doe has suffered a double hernia and will have surgery today.
Doe suffered his initial hernia against Miami and aggravated it again last weekend against Mississippi. Doe is expected to miss the next two weeks.
"With adversity it's not a question of if it's going to happen it's a question of when it's going to happen," Meyer said. "With the questions of injuries we've had eight starters go down and that's kind of a lot."
OL Jim Tartt re-aggravated his shoulder against the Rebels and RB Emmanuel Moody sprained his ankle. Moody is doubtful for Saturday's game against Arkansas.
LB Ryan Stamper is probable.
