THE DIFFERENCE: Newsome (3-2) shut out Robinson to win its third game of the season. The Wolves' defense limited the Knights' offense to seven first downs and 124 yards.
GAME NOTES: Newsome running back Connor Powers rushed 22 times for 114 yards and two touchdowns. ... The Wolves' offense racked up 15 first downs and 264 yards. ... Knights defensive back Mike Hawthorne had the lone interception of the game.
STAT OF THE GAME: There were six sacks in the game. Robinson had two and Newsome had four. Defensive end Frank Marin was responsible for two-and-a-half of the Wolves' sacks.
