Bradenton - A man suspected in several bank robberies in four counties was in jail today after being arrested by a deputy who learned where he was staying, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.
James Fogarty, 36, was arrested at about 11:25 p.m. Friday by a team of deputies that tracked him to 3500 East St. the sheriff's office said.
Fogarty, who had no address listed, is a suspect in several bank robberies in Hillsborough, Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee counties, the sheriff's office said.
No further information was available this morning.
