TAMPA - A Brandon woman is accused of stealing more than $100,000 in cash and services from a Plant City animal clinic, an affidavit states.
Alicia Hall, 27, is charged with felony identity theft, felony grand theft, felony scheme to defraud and making false statements, a misdemeanor. She was released from the Orient Road Jail Monday after posting $45,500 bail, records show.
Plant City police arrested Hall at the jail Monday. According to an affidavit, Hall stole $90,445 from the Walden Lake Animal Clinic at 802 S. Alexander St. while working there between June 2006 and May 2008.
Hall also obtained a credit card using her employer's personal information and charged $16,387 in goods and services, the affidavit states. In addition, Hall obtained $10,206 from the clinic through fraudulent business checks, the affidavit states.
