Here are five opposing players worth the price of admission:
Marian Gaborik, Minnesota (Oct. 18) - When healthy he might be the most exciting player in the league. He had a five-goal game last season against the New York Rangers and is capable of doing something special on any given night.
Patrick Kane, Chicago (Feb. 17) - Before there was Steven Stamkos, there was Kane, the first overall pick in 2007 who went on to lead the Blackhawks with 72 points and 51 assists and is considered one of the top young players in the game.
Joe Sakic, Colorado (Dec. 18) - Injuries prevented Sakic from playing in Tampa last year and there's no guarantee he'll still be playing next year. So your last chance to catch of the game's greatest in person likely will be this year.
Alexander Ovechkin, Washington (Feb. 14, March 19, April 9) - It's a treat to watch Alexander the Gr8 come to town three times a season. He is the best goal-scorer in the game and his passion and love of the game will bring a smile to any crowd.
Sidney Crosby, Pittsburgh (March 3, April 7) - The youngest scoring champion in league history missed five weeks of action last year, which may have prevented a second straight Art Ross Trophy. Even though Crosby is only 22, you won't get many arguments against those who call him the best in the game.
