THE DIFFERENCE: Palmetto's Damian Copeland put on a clinic with four touchdowns. Copeland, who verbally committed to play at Louisville next year, collected 137 yards. His third touchdown came with 2 seconds left in the first half when he hauled in a 36-yard catch from quarterback Ethan Gilbert despite quadruple coverage by Robinson.
GAME NOTES: Robinson led the game 3-0 when the Knights (1-5) took advantage of a Palmetto (5-1) fumble and drove down for a field goal. ... Robinson had trouble moving the ball all night and gave Palmetto a short field several times with four interceptions. The Knights tried two different quarterbacks without much success and the defense tired in the second half. ... After being able to move the ball with minor success in the first quarter, the Knights only had one first down the entire second half. ... Palmetto's Marva Carley broke out with a 56-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.
STAT OF THE GAME: Copeland had nine catches and accounted for the first four Palmetto scores.
