St. Pete Police Investigate Shooting Death As Suspicious

ST. PETERSBURG - Police this afternoon are investigating the death of a man with a gunshot wound to the upper body. They are labeling the death suspicious.
A call came in at 12:49 p.m. that an elderly man had killed himself at 5909 35th Ave. N., according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. The 911 call was made by one of the elderly man's roommates, police said.
No names have been released.
