A 46-year-old Tampa woman stole more than $30,000 in jewelry from five homes while she was employed by a cleaning service, Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies said.
Deputies arrested Beverly Elizabeth Jordan at 5 p.m. Wednesday at 508 33rd St. S.E. in Ruskin. She was charged with six counts of grand theft.
Three of the homes were in Lithia, one was in Tampa and one was in Riverview. The thefts date back to April 1, deputies said.
The biggest haul, $19,000, was from a home on Browning Avenue in South Tampa, deputies said.
Jordan is being held on $12,000 bail in the Orient Road Jail.
