TAMPA - A Dade City man died Thursday afternoon after he failed to negotiate a curve on his motorcycle and crashed on Morris Bridge Road, just south of 127th Avenue, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Jeremy Glover, 29, of 13222 Happy Hill Road, Dade City, was ejected from his 2008 Honda motorcycle and suffered severe injuries, authorities said. Glover was taken by medical helicopter to Tampa General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:19 p.m., sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said in a statement.
Glover was not wearing a helmet and alcohol may have been a factor in the crash, Carter said.
No other vehicles were involved.
