THE DIFFERENCE: Armwood's defense was dominant, and the Hawks held on for their fourth shutout of the season with three sacks, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
GAME NOTES: Armwood's offense took a couple of drives to get on course, but the defense looked strong from the outset. The Hawks struck first on their second drive, scoring on a 2-yard keeper by quarterback Mywan Jackson. ... After taking possession following a Raiders fumble, the Hawks' second score came on a 2-yard run by Matt Eastman after a 14-play drive. ... Armwood's Angelo Hadley returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown, the first of his two interceptions in the game. ... In the second half, Tavari Grant added a 50-yard rushing touchdown, and freshman Matt Jones scored from the 1-yard line.
STAT OF THE GAME: Armwood was called for 15 penalties for 108 yards.
