Four people were rushed to hospitals after a car crash in Dunedin Tuesday morning.

DUNEDIN - A car ran off Belcher Road this morning, leaving the driver and one passenger with serious injuries and two others with minor injuries, authorities said.
Thomas Rindos, 25, of Clearwater, was driving south on Belcher Road toward Greenbriar Boulevard when he ran off the road and struck a tree head-on, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Rindos was taken to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries after the 4:26 a.m. wreck, the patrol said. Passenger Amanda Smith, 26, of Clearwater, was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa with serious injuries, the patrol said.
Two other passengers – Stephen Cline, 24, of Clearwater, and Kimberly Keeler, 25, of Clearwater – were transported to Mease Dunedin Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital, respectively, for treatment of minor injuries, the patrol said.
Everyone in the car was wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
The investigation had not been completed.
