TALLAHASSEE - Three Florida A&M University students are facing federal charges of hacking the school's computer system.
A five-count indictment released Tuesday accused them of changing the grades of about 90 students, including raising 114 F's to A's. They also allegedly changed the residency of out-of-state students to in-state to reduce their tuition.
Neither the FBI nor the U.S. marshal's offices in Tallahassee had any information to indicate if they had been arrested yet or if they had legal representation.
Marcus Barrington, 23; Cristopher Jacquette, 27, and Lawrence Secrease, 22, were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and unauthorized computer access, identity theft and unauthorized computer access.
