Avett Brothers Concert Postponed For Parenthood

TAMPA - The Avett Brothers concert, scheduled for Thursday, has been postponed until May 2, according to the show's sponsor, radio station WMNF, 88.5 FM.

In a written statement from the folk-rock band, Scott Avett says his group decided to cancel some appearances so he could be with his wife for the birth of their first child.

The concert will be at the Cuban Club in Ybor City. Tickets for the original date will be honored. For information on refunds, call WMNF, (813) 238-8001.
