Police: Homeless Man Exposes Self At Tampa Diner

TAMPA - Three people eating breakfast on an outdoor patio called for police Monday after a homeless man exposed himself in front of them, an affidavit states.
The man, Eric Vickers, 36, was held at Orient Road Jail today on $750 bail. Police charged him with misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs and possessing an open container, an ordinance violation.
According to an affidavit, three people were eating breakfast about 11 a.m. at 7410 N. Nebraska Ave., the Three Coins Diner, when Vickers exited the business. He approached the diners on the patio and began masturbating, the affidavit states.
One of the diners pushed Vickers away and he left, the affidavit states. Police arrested Vickers a short distance away, in the 900 block of East Crenshaw Street.
