TAMPA - It may seem like the World Series is the only game in town right now, but Super Bowl XLIII – to be played at Raymond James Stadium in February -- is looming large just over the horizon.
There's a lot of security that goes along with the big game, and S.A.F.E. Management is the exclusive security provider for the event.
The company hires all the staff for game day. This year, Detroit-based S.A.F.E is recruiting 2,000 people locally.
Three open houses will be held at Raymond James Stadium for anyone interested in applying for a job. There will be one from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday. Another is scheduled for 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Nov. 1. The last one will be held from 1 until 5 p.m. Nov. 9.
S.A.F.E Management spokesperson Duane Hamilton says no experience is necessary. S.A.F.E. will train the people they hire. The jobs pay up to $10 an hour.
