Lothario Overstreet met with an undercover detective this afternoon to buy $42,000 in cocaine, Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies say.
He took three kilograms of cocaine, then called Jemario Williams and negotiated to sell a kilogram of cocaine to Williams for $25,000, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Deputies arrested both men about 1 p.m. today.
Overstreet, 30, of Tampa, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to traffic in cocaine and a probation violation.
Williams, 27, of Tampa, was charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine.
Each remained in Orient Road Jail today. No bail had been set.
