Jazz Up Your Afternoon

CARROLLWOOD - Music lovers can enjoy some smooth jazz tunes today at the Carrollwood Cultural Center.
The center is hosting The Big Band Bash, featuring jazz music from the University of Tampa jazz band under the direction of Carrollwood's Jim Burge, and the Hillsborough Community College jazz band under the direction of Robert Winslow.
Tickets are $15 for adults, and $10 for cultural center members and seniors. The show begins at 3 p.m. at the Carrollwood Cultural Center, 4537 Lowell Road. For information, visit www.carrollwoodcenter.org
