Sara McConoughey left her children unsupervised, forced her way into her neighbor's home and shoved and punched the neighbor Sunday morning, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested McConoughey at 12:25 p.m. Sunday.
A report doesn't say why McConoughey attacked the neighbor, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said. The neighbor declined medical treatment.
The children McConoughey left unsupervised are 2 and 3, Carter said.
McConoughey was charged with child neglect and burglary with battery.
McConoughey, 23, of Tampa, remained in Orient Road Jail today. Her bail had not been set.
