Two men were killed and another wounded in a shooting at an audio business in the Lealman area early today, Pinellas County sheriff's deputies reported.
Deputies are looking for an unidentified, heavy-set black man suspected in the shooting, which may have involved others, the sheriff's office said.
Kyle Ellis, 24, and Cabretti Wheeler, 21, both of St. Petersburg, died at the scene. A third male victim was shot and taken to a local hospital for treatment. His identity will not be released because the suspects remain at large.
Deputies were called to Dat's Right Audio, 8191 46th Ave. N., shortly before 2 a.m. when someone reported gunshots being fired.
They found the three victims inside the car stereo and recording studio business, which is also the primary residence of one of the victims.
The suspect or suspects may have been driving a gold-colored car described as a Chevrolet Corsica, Buick Skylark or Buick Century, deputies said.
