A Riverview woman working in a physician's office used fictitious names to write prescriptions for the narcotic oxycodone, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested Eileen Oppenheimer, 39, on Monday. She was charged with 20 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Between June 2 and Monday, she got oxycodone prescriptions about 26 times using prescription forms in the office of physician Randy Kahn at Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology, 4031 Upper Creek Drive, Sun City Center, deputies say.
Kahn wasn't aware of the offense until notified by a Publix pharmacy, according to a sheriff's office news release.
Oppenheimer remained in Orient Road Jail today. Her bail was set at $20,000.
