Leaders: Take Me To Your Readers

In honor of September's Library Card Sign-Up Month, the Pasco County Library System is hosting Leaders Are Readers programs throughout the month.
A number of local leaders have been selected to visit young patrons at Pasco library branches. These leaders will read to children during story time, sharing their favorite short books, or speak to teens about leadership.
"We have a lot of great kids coming into our libraries and on our teen advisory boards," said Linda Bragg, public relations specialist of the library system.
"I know they'll really get into this."
The leaders chosen for the program represent fields that include politics, medicine, education and communications.
They received personal invitations from Karen Correa, youth services coordinator for the library system.
