St. Pete Police Seek Bipolar Man Missing Since June

James Jeffery Burnette
St. Petersburg police are searching for a man who has been missing nearly three months.
James Jeffery Burnette, 32, was last seen June 18 at the Derby Lane dog track on Gandy Boulevard.
Officers say Burnette has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has attempted suicide. He is on medication to treat the illness, and officers are concerned for his safety.
Officers say Burnette is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown hair, a receding hairline, hazel eyes, a mustache and may possibly have a full or partial beard.
