Teen Arrested In Slaying Near North Boulevard Complex

TAMPA - Police have arrested a 15-year-old in connection with the July 25 shooting of a Tampa man.
Xavier Robinson, of 1605 Sandy Ridge Drive, Tampa, has been charged today with first-degree murder and armed robbery, Tampa police said.
The victim, Horace Brown, 45, was found at 6:40 a.m. July 25 lying on a sidewalk inside the North Boulevard Homes housing complex. He had been shot in the upper body, police said.
About 45 minutes earlier, Brown was visiting an apartment in the complex, detectives said.
