LANDOVER, Md. - Carlos Rogers' 42-yard interception return of a tipped pass set up the go-ahead touchdown early in the fourth quarter, and Washington controlled the rest of the game for a victory against Arizona.

Rogers got the ball to Arizona's 15-yard line. Two plays later, Santana Moss took a receiver screen for a 17-yard touchdown pass that broke a 17-17 tie.
Jason Campbell completed 23 of 31 passes for 193 yards with two touchdowns. He has yet to throw an interception this season, and the Redskins (2-1) kept Kurt Warner and the Cardinals (2-1) in poor field position throughout the game.
